This phase is about creating enough safety in your nervous system to stay present with your own experience. You learn to notice activation early — before it becomes overwhelm, shutdown, or reactivity. The focus is gentle stabilization, not pushing through.

  2. 2.What is one thing that already helps when activation rises? Name it without judging whether it's "enough."
  3. 3.If your nervous system could ask for one small thing today, what would it be?

Sit with one. Skip all three. The prompts are an invitation, not an assignment.
